After completing his schooling in Canberra, Nik studied fashion in Melbourne and then worked as a freelance graphic designer in Sydney before his return to Canberra in 2014.
With a passion for pushing the boundaries of contemporary design, Nik’s influence over modern-day Lonsdale St needs no introduction. As Director, Nik works closely with our Architects to ensure his vision becomes another landmark project in the company portfolio.
Nick has worked in the property industry in the ACT, NSW, Northern Territory and London UK over the past 12 years. He’s have gained Post Graduate Qualifications in property (Masters in Property Development UTS Sydney) and has a strong passion for the sector. He has been a member of the Australian Property Institute and Royal Institute of Charted Surveyors and provides a critical level of
skill, knowledge, support and leadership.
Nick enjoys bringing together like-minded consultants and team members to collaborate on all aspects of property development, ensuring a successful end to end delivery of market leading development across the eastern coastline.
Stephanie is an accounting professional with over eight years of experience in Canberra’s property development sector. In her current role, she manages daily accounting operations and oversees both commercial and residential portfolios, ensuring financial accuracy and strategic management. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, with a major in accounting, from the University of Canberra. Before joining the property development industry, Stephanie gained invaluable experience at reputable, accounting firm, where she honed her skills and built a robust foundation in accounting practices.
Sean joined Syzygy with over 15 years of specialised property and construction industry experience as an Accountant and Financial Controller, focusing on tax and regulatory compliance, cashflow analysis, treasury, debt management, operations and procurement. Sean also has extensive public practice experience in business advisory, tax compliance and audit, and currently helps oversee all Syzygy business lines both financially and operationally.
Sean is an accomplished business professional and Chartered Accountant, dedicated to providing strategic and financial direction crucial for success. By nature, Sean is driven to challenge conventional thinking. In a team environment, Sean uses his talents as an influencer to achieve ambitious goals, impelling his vision to mix and match people’s unique style of thinking and problem solving, opening people’s minds to consider solutions that they would not have thought of on their own.
